Enjoy the 7-litre i-FORCE V8 engine, which delivers 437 horsepower and 583 Ib-ft of torque. The six-speed transmission allows for a smooth and responsive ride, with a 38-gallon tank on upper trim levels to get you where you need to go.
If you need to haul and tow equipment, you know you can depend on the Toyota Tundra. With a high-strength TripleTech steel frame, you can tow up to 12,000 pounds. In addition, the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro is designed to conquer any terrain, whether you want to rock crawl or dash through the snow.
The all-new Tundra offers two powertrain options: a twin-turbo V6 engine and a hybrid twin-turbo V6. Both engines feature a 10-speed Electronically Controlled Automatic Transmission with intelligence (ECTi). The new 10-speed features a sequential shift mode, uphill/downhill shift logic, and TOW/HAUL driving modes.
Exterior Styling and Functionality
The 2022 Tundra is a North American story through and through. From the first pencil sketches to the finished exterior design, the look was developed by Toyota Motor Corporation’s North American design studio, Calty Design Research, in Newport Beach, California, and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
While engineers focused on key performance ingredients for the new Tundra, Calty designers worked to create the visual exemplification of toughness and capability. “Technical muscle” was a design mantra for the team, as it capitalized on the modern features of the all-new truck while retaining a nod to the outdoor lifestyle at the core of Tundra owners.
Interior Styling
The new interior offers creature comforts for driver and passenger alike, including an available panoramic roof, heated and ventilated front seats, rear sunshade, heated steering wheel and more.
The seats themselves are works of art in their own right, with a range of different styles, materials and patterns available based on your preferred trim. The traditional Toyota Racing Red interior is perfect for those who love bold style and making a statement! For added touches of luxury and Western-style, the 1794 Edition features wood grain elements. At launch, there were a total of 6 different interior designs released, meaning that there’s an interior perfect for you and your style.
A host of new tech features are found throughout Tundra as well, including an all-new multimedia system featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and over-the-air updates.

With Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for connectivity, as well as a 14-inch touchscreen that truly highlights the infotainment system.
This truck has everything you need to keep yourself connected to the world around you. The SR features a six-speaker audio system, while the SR5 and above offer nine-speaker audio systems. The Platinum has a JBL premium audio system. This means you can listen to your favourite music, radio channels and make calls from behind the wheel. In addition, Amazon Alexa and Wi-Fi Connect are great for your passengers. For charging your devices, there’s a USB port, as well as three 12-volt outlets.
